Ambler Borough Police are seeking public assistance in identifying two suspects accused of stealing approximately $1,200 worth of merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy on East Butler Avenue.

Police were dispatched to the scene at 8:30 p.m. on April 3 for a report of a retail theft in progress. Investigators said the two suspects used birthday bags from the store, loaded them with merchandise, then exited the store and fled the scene in a dark-colored, four-door sedan.

Police said the same suspects are accused of committing a similar theft from a CVS Pharmacy along the 1000 block of Second Street in Northampton Township, Bucks County, on the same day. In that case, the suspects used bags from the store to steal approximately $4,000 worth of merchandise before fleeing the scene, police said.
