Mid Penn Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Wolff, CPA, has been hired as senior vice president and chief accounting officer of the Bank, strengthening its finance and accounting leadership team.
Wolff comes to the Bank from Santander Bank, where he was director of close and consolidation, and has more than 20 years of accounting experience across the finance and manufacturing industries. At the Bank, he will be responsible for the company’s accounting function, including risk, reporting, and compliance. Wolff will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Justin Webb.
“Jeff is an excellent addition to our finance team, bringing a broad range of knowledge and experience,” Webb said. “We are excited to have him join us and know he will play a vital role in our future success.”
Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Villanova University and is a certified public accountant. Prior to his career in accounting, Wolff served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
Mid Penn Bank also announced that Vikram Dasgupta has been hired as senior vice president and treasurer of the Bank.
Dasgupta comes to the Bank from Citigroup, where he was head of finance transformation for treasury and trade services. His prior experience includes a stint at the treasury group at JP Morgan. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including management of liquidity risk, interest rate risk, funds transfer pricing, and capital planning. At the Bank, he will focus on strategies incident to interest rate risk, capital, and liquidity management and will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Justin Webb.

Dasgupta holds an undergraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Delhi, India, and a Master of Science in finance from Boston College. He has also taught financial risk management at the University of Connecticut.
