From 6 to 8 pm., the public is welcome to come see a variety of works by those creating in the Center.
There are a wide variety of artists that make the Ambler Art Center their “home.” Many seniors utilize the studio space here to create. And it isn’t just the courses that help them produce their own work. Tonight, the studio is open to all in order for the center to showcase its students’ projects.
The Open House Student Showcase will be held tonight, Thursday, Dec. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Ambler Art Center.
“Please join us as we showcase our students’ artwork during our Open House at the Ambler Art Center, said an announcement for the event. “That evening we’ll vote for the People’s Choice awards in each medium category, plus an award for Best in Show.”
The studio will be filled with different pieces of art, from all different mediums. From ceramics and clay work to all styles of painting, drawing, and printing. And it won’t just be the art on display this evening.
“You’ll also be able to see our beautiful studio space and talk with some of our instructors,” said the post. Students themselves, along with friends, family, and of course the public are all welcome to attend.
