A.J. Brown made up for a mental error by giving an Eagles fan the gift of a lifetime after Sunday's 41-7 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Brown caught a 20-yard touchdown pass from Tanner McKee in the third quarter. Not realizing it was the first touchdown pass of McKee's career, an excited Brown fired the ball into the stands:

Fortunately, chief security officer Dom DiSandro was able to track down the fan who caught the ball when Brown threw it into the stands. The fan was happy to give the ball back, particularly with Brown signaling from the sideline that he would give the fan his jersey after the game:

Brown made good on his promise postgame, with NFL Media's Mike Garafolo providing video of him not only giving the fan his Kelly Green jersey, but also signing it:

Catching the ball, giving it back, getting the signed jersey and likely having an entire stadium full of fans willing to buy you a drink seems like a pretty good trip to the Linc for this fan.
