UPDATE: 4:15 p.m. on July 11:

The ligtht is now operational.

"A temporary traffic signal has been installed at the Spring House intersection," said ReadyMontco alerts. "Crews will return tomorrow to install a permanent replacement."

Some traffic concerns will remain.

"This will result in brief outages for the signal, where flagger crews will direct traffic," said the alert. "Travelers should expect delays." Repairs are expected on Friday, July 12.


According to ReadyMontco alerts, a Lower Gwynedd intersection is currently not functioning. 

"Please avoid the intersection of Bethlehem Pike, Sumneytown Pike and Norristown Road in Spring House," said the alert. "The signal lines were severed during curb excavation."

At the moment, the light is not working properly in this area.

"This has caused the signal to flash red and is causing traffic delays and back-ups in the area," said the ReadyMontco alert. "We are working to fix the situation as soon as possible."
