A stolen firearm with “a machine gun conversion device,” a stolen vehicle, cell phones, credit cards and multiple identification cards were among the items discovered by police after reporting to a residence in Ambler for a domestic-related incident.
Kyree Elijah Corey Williams, 24, of the 5900 block of Lorreta Avenue was sentenced in Montgomery County Court for three-and-a-half to seven years in a state correctional facility after pleading guilty to charges of person not to possess a firearm, firearm not to be carried without a license, possessions of a prohibited weapon, receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest all stemming from an incident on June 13, 2023 in Ambler, according to an article in the Lansdale Reporter.
The Report states that police reported to the 100 block of South Locust Street in Ambler last summer to find Williams “shaking and sweating profusely” at the scene. Police found the multiple illegal items, along with a 2018 Toyota Avalon vehicle, reportedly stolen from West Pottsgrove on June 8, 2023.
The sentence was imposed by Judge Steven T. O’Neill as part of a plea agreement, the Reporter said.
