Piazza plans to continue with the project to add 279 apartments to Ardmore

  • Upper Dublin

The Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has recently pulled out of a project to build an apartment building in Ardmore. The local builders were partnering with King of Prussia-based Piazza Auto Group to build what was slated to be Ardmore’s largest apartment building.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer report by Jake Blumgart, he space currently occupied by the Piazza Acura and Piazza Volkswagen was earmarked to be the 279-unit apartment building, but the partnership which was established five years ago ended in July 2024.

The article notes that, while the two entities are separating on this project, Piazza aims to continue with plans to build the apartment complex, which will include a partly-underground parking garage and around 70,000 square feet of retail space.
