Artist Cecelia Grant is the featured artist in Art in the Storefront in Ambler.
Grant uses acrylic paint on translucent polyester film which enables her to work on the front and the back of pieces. This process includes paintings on cardboard and other found materials. One of her goals is to foster questions, to create work that anyone can approach, turn to someone nearby and ask, “What is this about?”
You can find her at ceceliagrantart.com/home or email ceceliagrant@outlook.com.
Art in the Storefront is a community project co-curated by volunteers Karen Kieser, Immersion Studio and Mark Elliott, No Bare Walls Framing Studio. The exhibitions have been ongoing for more than 22 years for the sole purpose of supporting local artists, who display work at no charge. A list of prices is posted within the storefront, which is lit every evening compliments of Denney Electric Supply.
For more details, contact Elliott at 215-654-9106.
