Both lanes of eastbound I-276 on the Pennsylvania Turnpike are blocked due to a reported six-vehicle accident with at least one injury involving two tractor-trailers and four vehicles in Whitemarsh Township Tuesday afternoon.

According to Montgomery County emergency radio traffic, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has requested EMS to respond to the scene until officials get on location. 

The call came in at 3:19 p.m.

Harmonville Fire Co has responded to the scene, along with Pennsylvania State Police.
