With the election drawing near, it is important to know where your polling place is located. And, while many longtime residents know routinely where to go, this year’s election does include a few changes in local venues. Be sure to review the following changes for the 2024 election, slated for Tuesday, Nov. 5 for all in-person voting.

To find your polling place
Those unsure of their polling place should utilize the Pennsylvania Department of State’s website here. You can search your voter registration status by name or find your voter registration status by driver’s license/PennDOT identification number.
Users should first click the circle next to their choice of selection data (name or number). The form will then ask for your county of residence, zip code, name or number, and date of birth.
The page following will show you your status via voter records, whether or not you’ve requested a mail-in ballot, and your voting districts (including county, precinct, municipality, United States Congress, State Senate, and State House).
Your county’s board of elections will display, along with a phone number and email. Lastly, under the blue highlighted bar “Your Election Day Polling Place,” a specific polling district, name of location, and address will be shown. Users can also type in a starting address at the bottom right of the form to obtain directions to their polling location.
