Cement truck pulls down traffic light pole, wires at Stenton and Butler Thursday afternoon

A cement truck pulled down wires, a traffic light and traffic pole as it crossed over Butler Pike on Stenton Avenue in Whitpain Township Thursday afternoon. 

According to Montgomery County emergency operations dispatch, at 1:09 p.m., the cement truck was headed in the direction of Sheaff Lane and did not stop. 

There is debris in the intersection, as well as wires. There is no sparking or arcing of wires, per reports. 

Centre Square Fire Co. is on scene.
