Two businesses with location’s in Whitpain Township’s Blue Bell area have recently announced new leadership. The promotions and hires mean a step up for those selected to bring their experience and know-how to each organization.

Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage, recently announced that Josh Korzon has been promoted to the Chief Operating Officer role for the Northeast region. Korzon succeeds Tim Ryan, the company’s president for United States’ operations.

Korzon will head up offices in Boston, Mass., Portland, Maine, West Hartford, Conn., New York, N.Y., Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and McLean, Va., in addition to Blue Bell’s location.

“For nearly a decade, Josh has directed our client engagement strategy, collaborated on development of our vision for the future, and was key to implementing it across the region,” said Ryan. “I am confident that his knowledge and expertise will further guide our success.”

Korzon said he was looking forward to the new position.

“I welcome this opportunity to work with Tim, Robert Connolly, and the Northeast CEO, the region’s leadership team – and our more than 850 associates – to continue growing our business,” he said. “I look forward to advancing a culture that encourages empowerment, growth, and making an impact.

Lockton has a location at 751 Arbor Way, Suite 250, in Blue Bell.

Also announced recently was The Columbus Organization’s appointment of Chianti Davis to the position Vice President of IDD Care Coordinator, a “key role in care coordination enterprise,” according to a press release. Davis will work with the organization’s goals to provide outcome-based care management services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

From conditions due to aging, to complex health concerns, The Columbus Organization’s release noted that Davis brings 17 years of experience in the role of behavioral health management and coordination.

“Chianti is the perfect individual for this role,” said Carlos Hernandez, senior vice president of Care Coordination for Columbus. “She brings a balance of IDD field and supervisory experience, and she is well-respected for her ability to leverage disciplined approaches, interpersonal skills, and a unique gift for motivating others in a supportive, cooperative environment.

Davis has an MBA in Healthcare Management from Capella University, as well as a B.S. in business management from Albany State University. She has played, according to the release, “an instrumental role in piloting and developing the Intensive program for Columbus and the state.”

The Columbus Organization is headquartered at 350 Sentry Parkway, Building 620, Suite 120, in Blue Bell.
