Whitpain Township Police charged the 39-year-old man, according to reports
One Blue Bell man is facing felony charges after an incident in August.
The Whitpain Township Police Department filed charges against Max A. Groff, 39, of the 500 block of Farmdale Circle in Blue Bell.
He is charged with felony strangulation, or applying pressure to the throat or neck, as well as simple assault, and harassment charges stemming from Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Groff is due to have a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Suzan Leonard on Sept. 26 at 12:30 p.m.
