Penllyn Pike closed for water main break Monday night

A water main break on the 300 block of Penllyn Pike near Cynwyd Alley in Lower Gwynedd has shut down the roadway as water authority and emergency personnel assess the scene.

Per Montgomery County emergency radio dispatch, the water authority is on location and requested police close the roadway at Old Penllyn Pike and at Pershing Road.

 There are no injuries. Fire personnel have not been called out to the scene.
