Ryan Howard (x2) is the only player in the history of Citizens Bank Park — which opened in 2004 — that has hit a ball into the third deck in right field.
Barry Bonds came damn close to doing so with his 713th career blast on May 7, 2006. The home run hit off of a fan's hand that was reaching over the railing in front of the McDonald's ad that's still resides on the facing of the third deck in right-center field.
Bonds moved to within one home run of Babe Ruth on the all-time home run list when he hit a 450-foot home run off Jon Lieber:
