Khyree Carter Conix, 31, of the 1700 block of Yewdall Street in Philadelphia, faces multiple felony charges stemming from a sexual relationship he developed with a minor, culminating with sexual acts being performed in the parking lot of an Upper Dublin business, according to police.
According to reports, Conix and a 15-year-old girl communicated over social media for months prior to the incident. Conix and the teenage girl would also communicate through FaceTime calls, where Conix would often watch her getting dressed for school, and Conix would show himself to the girl without clothes on, according to police.
On Nov. 8, 2024 at 10:00 p.m., the 15-year-old contacted Conix to give her and her 13-year-old friend a ride home from a local restaurant, according to police. While all three were in the car, Conix pulled over in the parking lot of an Upper Dublin business and parked the vehicle. Conix was the in the driver seat, the 15-year-old was in the passenger seat, and the 13-year-old friend was sitting in the backseat.
Conix then committed sexual acts with the underage girl while her friend remained in the backseat looking on her phone, according to police.
On Dec. 13, 2024, the Lower Gwynedd Police Department contacted the Upper Dublin Police Department to inform them of the incident. Forensic interviews were conducted with each of the teenage girls.
On April 16, 2025, police charged Conix with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, sexual abuse of children, corruption of minors, and other charges.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
