Route 309 Northbound in Lower Gwynedd Township has been reduced to one lane near the Norristown Road on ramp after a vehicle fire broke out around 12:16 p.m.
Emergency crews from Wissahickon Fire Company responded to the scene and the fire was quickly placed under control.
The Lower Gwynedd Police Department is assessing the situation on site.

A blue truck is off to the side of the road which is causing some traffic delays in the area.
The incident occurred alongside the PennDOT Stockpile Building. Use caution when proceeding.
