The Promenade in Upper Dublin keeps adding to its rolodex of new storefronts. And now a brand new business is making its way to the popular shopping center.

SweatHouz, a chain of contrast therapy studios, is planning to open its doors in the upcoming days at 1099 Market St.

Contrast therapy is a treatment that alternates between hot and cold temperatures to improve circulation and reduce pain and inflammation. This facility will offer cold plunges and heated saunas.

According to owner Greg Peluso, their plan is to have a soft opening from Jan. 25-29, with a planned grand opening on Jan. 30. The company is even giving customers a chance to try it for free.

“We’re giving you the chance to try it for free,” said Molleye Barsh, director of operations at SweatHouz. “Experience your own private suite with an infrared sauna, cold plunge + vitamin c shower.

“It takes 30 seconds to fill out the reservation form to receive access to your free session during our soft open, if for whatever reason you don’t want to continue after your session, just let us know and you won’t be charged a thing,” she added.

You can fill out the reservation form here.

According to the SweatHouz website, “wellness is more than just a routine, it’s an experience. SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.”

The company currently is hiring for a part-time front desk sales associate.
