Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers is looking to expand its footprint in the Montgomery County area.

According to a recent article in the Philadelphia Business Journal, Toll Brothers is looking at building more homes in King of Prussia after successfully completing 600 homes in the area.

“We would love to do more in Upper Merion Township, in King of Prussia, and help continue to fuel the growth,” said Toll Brothers Vice President of Land Acquisition in Pennsylvania and Delaware Jon Crabtree.

The company’s most recent project includes 278 townhomes and single-family detached homes. Called Stonebrook at Upper Merion, the development still has around 100 homes for sale.

Toll Brothers' Stonebrook at Upper Merion is a residential development in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, offering both townhomes and single-family detached homes. The Townes Collection features spacious townhomes ranging from 1,800 to over 2,286 square feet. These homes include three bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 bathrooms, and two-car garages. Prices for these townhomes start at $570,995.

The Heritage Collection offers single-family detached homes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, starting at $1,299,995. As of March 2025, approximately 100 homes remain available for sale in this development. The community is ideally located near dining, recreation, and shopping options in King of Prussia, with convenient access to major highways such as I-76, I-476, Routes 422 and 202, and the PA Turnpike.

The company is looking at additional development opportunities after previous success of home sales in the area.

“This is a place that’s going to continue to have value and be desirable for the long term,” said Crabtree.
