A North Wales resident has been charged with a Criminal Trespass felony after multiple residents discovered him on their properties, according to police.
On Wednesday, April 30, a homeowner contacted the Upper Gwynedd Police Department for a report of an unknown man attempting to enter his home through the back door. That same day, a second homeowner contacted UGPD to report a man sitting on the porch of his Upper Gwynedd home.
Police officers made contact with a man, later identified as Rory Jolly, 36, of the 700 block of Walnut Street, North Wales, across the road from Gwynedd Manor Road in North Wales.
While speaking with Jolly, a third victim approached police officers and stated that Jolly entered his home through the back door and was walking around the inside of the house. That victim, at the time of the entry, saw Jolly and told him that he needed to leave his house. Jolly, according to records, did not dispute this and left the home.
Jolly told police officers that he resides with his mother in New Jersey, however, it was later revealed that he lives in North Wales Borough.
Jolly was charged with Criminal Trespass and other misdemeanors.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
