Breaking: Tesla collides with school bus in Upper Dublin Township, reports say

Emergency crews were dispatched to the area of Pinetown Road near Susquehanna Road late Monday afternoon for a vehicle rescue after a Tesla reportedly collided into a school bus in Upper Dublin Township, according to reports. 

No students were reportedly on the bus at the time of the incident, which occurred at 4:47 p.m.

A Tesla and multiple other vehicles were involved in the incident, according to reports. At least one driver was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries. 

Authorities have closed Pinetown Road between Susquehanna Road and Crosby Drive. Avoid the area when possible. 

Crews from Community Ambulance Association of Ambler and Fort Washington Fire Company are on the scene.
