The 2025 Ambler Auto Show enjoyed a picture perfect day as hundreds of cars lined the downtown borough’s main thoroughfare over the weekend.
“It was a beautiful, beautiful day. It was a wee bit windy, but it was gorgeous. You couldn’t ask for better weather,” said Ambler Main Street Manager Elizabeth Wahl Kunzier.

An estimated 10,000 people turned up for the 28th annual event on Sunday, May 18, that put around 300 vehicles on display along Butler Avenue, from Main to Race streets.
“It’s just such a well oiled machine,” Wahl Kunzier said.
Along with the “abundance of regulars,” Wahl Kunzier said the event brought enjoyment to all, from novices to experts. Attendees were treated to food trucks and DJ and prizes were awarded to the standout cars.
“It’s always a fantastic success. We get really cool cars from all over the Delaware Valley,” Wahl Kunzier said ahead of the event.
Wahl Kunzier added that 15 volunteers helped on the day of the event and stressed that she “always need[s] more volunteers.” Looking ahead to next year, she’d like to incorporate some activities for children. But overall, she was pleased with the 2025 event, noting how it draws thousands downtown to shops and restaurants.
“It was just a good showcase for the town,” Wahl Kunzier said.
