There are plenty of ways in and around Philadelphia to enjoy the July 4 holiday. From fireworks to parades, communities throughout the Greater Philadelphia area are gearing up for a fabulous Fourth. The day would not be complete without some fantastic firework displays and bustling parades.

With events for all ages, here are some hot spots to grab some great views of these fabulous fireworks, patriotic parades, and community celebrations.

Montgomery County

Skippack Village

Parade: 11 a.m. along Route 73 on July 4

Fireworks: Dusk, at Palmer Park, 4022 Heckler Road on July 4

BBQ: 3 p.m. at Parc Bistro, 4067 Skippack Pike on July 4

Fireworks: Dusk at Eagleville Park, 100 Parklane Drive; 28th Annual Event
